I thought Neverwinter started off pretty slow over the tutorial area, but once you got into the 1st city it opens up and becomes pretty enjoyable for a while. Eventually you’ll run into the pay-or-grind wall, I believe that’s where I ended up quitting.
As for what I’m playing, well I haven’t had much time for anything. Played some TC The Division…[Read more]

Started playing Neverwinter on PS4. This is my first crack at a traditional MMORPG since Runescape, so I hope it plays well. At least it’s free, so I won’t be losing out on much except time.

Naughty Dog is up there for sure. Most of my favorites are no longer around, or are not able to build what the fans want them to build.
I’d have to say my all-time favorite is Free Radical, who now go by the name Dambuster Studios. Ever since HaZe flopped on PS3 the company has been struggling to stay afloat while hoping they can get a chance to…[Read more]

I have noticed before that a post that was once featured would lose featured status after being edited by any user who did not have admin privileges. I have located this bug and destroyed it. If you post has already been featured, you will no longer lose featured status while editing your post.

A little tidbit of information from ComicCon 2016 seems to have snuck under the radar this past weekend. Marvel has announced that the very popular Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2 will both be coming to […]

Title is everything. Which developer has found a place in your heart? Mine would be Naughty Dog and From Software, equally.

Yeah, I think Eddie had a day off or something, I didn’t notice any posts from him on GameSpot today. Seemed like all the sites had the same deal tho, maybe the top writers for each publication went on strike! :D

Yeah, I read up on them real quick. Just not sure how they got our information. I don’t recall signing up for an account with them ever.

It was too barren. I thought maybe it was some sort of holiday over in Europe.
Even during slow news days you can be guaranteed they’ll post filler news. There wasn’t even filler.

They’re a tech/gaming website. I wrote a few reviews and articles back when they gave users the ability to do so. Sounds interesting actually.

I’m not 100% sure what to think of this. I received an invitation to a video game conference in Los Angeles for Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality. It’s expensive, definitely out of our price range($1600 for the 3 day conference, $450 for a single day). But how these people got my email to even send the invitation is what I am curious about. It…[Read more]

Yeah I agree, although I think the “Chewie we're home” walks that line perfectly between generating hype and spoiling. Because you're still not sure about their role in the story. Now if you saw an […]

Seems like none of the gaming sites I know have reported anything at all today. Are they all twiddling their thumbs waiting for some big story to drop in their laps? This is worse than the typical slow Friday.

I agree. I don't think this is going to stop anyone from buying the game. It's just lame.

I’m currently working through a replay of System Shock 2, and trying out Far Cry 4 for the first time. The latter is surprisingly entertaining. I had never played a Far Cry before. It’s definitely a modern AAA game (in both the good and the myriad bad ways), but it seems like good simple fun with a fairly broad variety of mechanics. There have…[Read more]
