Advertising misrepresents things all the time. Besides, I never assumed Nate would die from the advertising. I knew something would cause him to forever give up treasure hunting, but not death. They already faked a death in 3, and they’d never try pulling that. Death of a main character is too dark for Uncharted, so it was an empty threat either…[Read more]

Well, I’ll get right to it then. Played it, own it, will review it soon. I’m in the middle of a playthrough.

So, I wanna write another review, but I don’t really know which game to review. I have a few games I’ve yet to review, and I’d like your input.
Grand Theft Auto 5
Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition
BioShock
Metal Gear Solid
Shadow of the Colossus
Metroid Prime
So…which first?

I always try to find items as well, but not as often. If I see it, I’ll collect it, but I’m not always in a rush to do so, especially by the endgame, when I’m trying to resolve the story (I get super engaged if the story is really good). If the game centers around collectibles, then I’m always trying to hunt those down, as my old Spyro the D…[Read more]

As far as I know, only Steam does the whole gifting games for your friends thing. PSN doesn’t, to my knowledge. Closest thing would be SharePlay, where you can let someone play your game through streaming it to your friend’s console for an hour at a time as many times as you wish. The only thing I can think of is giving your friends the PSN game…[Read more]

I don’t have a lot of brand new games that I’ve yet to experience. That’s the problem. Maybe I’ll do something like Bloodborne or GTA 5

lol don’t worry about it, all. Tuesday will be my next stream. I’ll make it at a more reasonable time, say around 11 or so. Plus, I wanna get to playing other games already lol. Maybe I’ll do a different game next time. Something shorter, perhaps?

Undertale…I need to get this game, but alas, I only start my new job tomorrow. Likely won’t get paid for another 2 weeks. But I’ve avoided spoilers so far, and I aim to play it soon.

I won’t say anything more about Journey, cuz it’s definitely an experience you need to try for yourself. Never played FTL, though it looks interesting. Rogue-lite games always seem fun, but the only one of those types of games I’ve played and enjoyed is Rogue Legacy, which is fun, but HARD!

So, things have been rather busy for me, and I wanted to let people know.
– Got a new job, and I start training Saturday. So posting will slow down a bit.
– Life is Strange review will likely come around Monday. Gotta finish Ep. 5 first.
– second livestream of Batman Arkham Knight will occur at 10AM Eastern, and will last much longer this time.

So in a reverse of my previous post, which games do you like that have been mostly dismissed either by peers or critics? Final Fantasy 13 immediately comes to my mind. Yes, it’s linear, has an awkward plot, and only opens up halfway through, but I actually enjoyed the combat, the lore, and the characters. I always end up replaying it cuz I…[Read more]

Another obvious topic, eh? Alright, we get it. Do something challenging next time. But until then, what is everyone’s favorite game in the indie category? Often, they’re simpler and less flashy than big budget AAA games, so they bring something unique to the mix…most of the time.
Of these, my favorite would definitely be Journey. Just the…[Read more]
