Skyrim Special Edition and Ghost Recon Wildlands free to download this weekend on Steam

Valve is offering Steam users The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands free to try over the course of this weekend. Gamers will be able to download both games with no restrictions except the fact their licenses expire on Sunday at 1 pm Pacific time. Heavy discounts are applied to both games to celebrate the weekend.

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands sees you and 3 others venture into the chaotic country of Bolivia where you must take out a drug cartel who threaten the future of the country. While the game didn’t garner much attention the recent Splinter Cell DLC is making waves in the gaming community as it signals a possible return from everyone’s favorite Fisher.

Skyrim, on the other hand, is a game that needs no explanation due to its insanely popular modding community although a vanilla experience is still worthwhile in Bethesda’s sprawling open world.

You can check out Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands offering 67% off or perhaps you want to escape to the frozen plains of Skyrim in which case there’s a 50% off discount on The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition waiting for you.
