Those little fucking twats over at Lizard Squad are at it again, claiming responsibility for the PSN downtime this past Friday.

Unfortunately, those knuckle dragging, hairy palmed, neck beard having, basement dwelling, Justin Bieber loving, nancy boys known as Lizard Squad appear to be back in the news again. Much like last year, Lizard Squad claims they will once again bring down PSN and Xbox Live during the holidays, ruining Christmas for millions of families all over the world. So while the rest of the world is celebrating the most beloved holiday of the year, sharing time with their families, and trying to enjoy their newest toys they received from their loved ones. A small group of uber nerds whom mommy never loved will be attempting to force the world to spend time away from gaming, crying into the arms of those they love most.

So while those orphans known as Lizard Squad attempt to ruin our holiday, lets remember that there are plenty of great single player experiences to be had on our new Playstation 4 and Xbox One consoles. A few of the great single player games you may wish to consider this holiday include Assassins Creed: Syndicate, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Batman: Arkham Knight, Mad Max, Bloodborne: The Old Hunters, and Just Cause 3. All of these titles feature fantastic single player campaigns and hours upon hours of fun you can have while offline.

One note for Xbox One owners, should Lizard Squad indeed attack Xbox Live. If your Xbox continuously backs you out of a game due to connectivity issues, unplug your ethernet cable, or disconnect from your wifi to stop this from occurring.
