Rock-Paper-Scissors gets punctal
Remember Scribblenauts? It’s back for another installment but this time they’re bringing a new kind of way to play Rock-Paper-Scissors. The trailer was released on 6 different channels (Nintendo, Gamespot, Playstation, Xbox, WB and WB UK) last Tuesday which gave us a sneak peek at what the game will look like:
From the trailer, we can see players will use their imagination to create items instead of using the standard Rock-Paper-Scissors. The game boasts a 35,000 word dictionary including adjectives, verbs and adverbs. This will also be the first game in the series being developed by Shiver Entertainment. The usual devs (5th Cell) have been going through hard times recently and have had to cancel a few of their projects (one of which was a mobile Scribblenauts game).
Scribblenauts Showdown will let you play against 4 players across 25 different minigames. The popular sandbox mode will return in this installment. For the first time in the franchise you can create your own Scribblenaut and customize him with clothing and accessories.
Scribblenauts Showdown is heading to PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on the 6th March priced at $39.99. As of now, there is no PC release.
