Those sneaky bastards at Microsoft stealth announced a new platform for their popular 2d fighting franchise Killer Instinct. Late yesterday afternoon the official Killer Instinct Twitter account teased a new announcement was coming during the CEO Gaming Killer Instinct Tournament Finals. It was here that CEO announced Microsoft’s Intention to bring Killer Instinct to Steam.

This is good news as there are many fighting game fans who have yet to jump into Killer Instinct due to not having an Xbox One or Windows 10. A release date or possible cross play between Xbox, Windows 10 and Steam was not announced at this time.
