Three More Games Added to Xbox One Backward Compatibility Program.

It should come as little surprise that Major Nelson announced more titles for Xbox Ones Backward Compatibility Program today. Although a date had not been formally announced until now, two of the three games added were already known. Earlier today Major Nelson announced that Darksiders and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations would be free through the Games with Gold program during the month of April. Those two games have now been confirmed to be available for play on Xbox One today along with Darksiders II.

These additions bring the total count of Xbox 360 games playable on Xbox One to 341. You can check out the list of all 341 Backward Compatible Xbox 360 games here.

If you already own any of the trio of games digitally they should automatically show up in the “Ready to Install” section on your Xbox One. If you own the disc simply insert it into your Xbox One and the console will download the title.
