Daniel Amofah, or Etika as he was widely known, is dead at just 29 years of age.
He was known for being a Nintendo fanatic and attracted a cult following, amassing over 800,000 fans on his Twitch page and YouTube channel. He reacted to Nintendo Directs, as well as various videos. Compilations of these reactions can be found all over YouTube.
Etika began experiencing mental health issues earlier this year when police detained him for posting on social media that he was going to kill himself. Then, on 19th June Daniel went missing, only to be found six days later in New York’s East River.
