Space-faring sim Star Citizen has been raising funds since 2012 offering in-game items for dosh; The total now stands at $200 million but developers Cloud Imperium may have just upped their game by revealing a $27,000 pack.
The pack is only available to those who have already spent $1,000 in the virtual world. Purchasing the university degree (yes, you can buy a degree with this money) will grant you 117 ships and 163 extras. This does not include ships that will be added on later down the line.
