After the Shenmue III reveal on Sony’s stage at E3 in 2015 it was never a matter of if, but when. When would Sega announce Shenmue I & II for next-gen consoles? The long awaited and long rumored HD re-release is now official. Shenmue I & II are coming to retail for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and digitally on both consoles and PC(Steam).
Sega has stated that “both games will contain both English and Japanese voice overs, the choice of classic or modern controls” while a look at the games Steam page has revealed that the game will also have an updated user interface and fully scalable screen resolutions. No further details were provided at this time.
