Level Select #3

Another week, another Level Select – our third one to be precise! This week we’ve got four levels we think you might enjoy.

Switch x Switch is a perfect way to get to know the on/off button.

The level makes use of the block at every turn, forcing you to make decisions on whether you should turn it on (or off). The icing on the cake is the Bowser fight where you have to ensure that the shells deal a blow to everyone’s favourite boss.

Low gravity is fun, right?

That’s the case in Pocket Castle – a level that has you floating from room to room while you try to avoid a number of enemies (most notably the thwomps). Getting to the goal would be easy enough if there weren’t a mob of enemies in your way.

Ludwig castle is and isn’t your typical Mario level.

it experiments with vine branches and flying Koopa Troopers – a deadly combo that makes the level that much harder. Despite the difficulty, you’ll be sure to enjoy it if you’re looking for a challenge.

I’m a big fan of Mario Kart.

When I see Mario Kart-inspired levels, I always tend to check them out and I thoroughly enjoyed this level by Red Build; it was on the short side with only two levels but they were memorable and they tested my reflexes when it came to jumping the gaps.
