Latest Railway Empire DLC Ventures to Wintry Canada

Railway Empire – a game about constructing America’s railway network – has received it’s second DLC today, taking the game to 1800s Canada – a desolate country with the odd village here and there. The DLC, titled ‘The Great Lakes’ unlocks The Great Lake region of Canada, allowing players to connect the then British colony comprising of 19 cities to expand the nation into the modern age. A new scenario revolving around the British-North American Act which later became a crucial part of Canada’s history. The scenario is called Dominion Day (now known as Canada Day). Along with this comes two new steam trains – Achilles (0-4-0) and Canadian (2-8-0), new cargo such as fur and winter clothing, an enhanced weather system and a night mode for those picturesque journeys under the glittering moonlight.

Railway Empire – The Great Lakes is out now on Steam, retailing at $7.99.
