An unlisted video was uploaded to YouTube yesterday on the Ubisoft channel. The video shows off a new mount that will be familiar to Final Fantasy fans along with a sword and shield:
Although the video has received a mere 5,000 views (due to its unlisted status) players have found the quest which tasks the player with investigating an animus glitch which turns out to be a ‘sign from the gods’.
Upon further investigation takes you to a location where you solve a sundial puzzle to grant access to a temple. A cutscene will play where the villain of FFXV, Ardyn Izunia appears but then gets taken away by a creature called Bahamut.
After watching the cutscene players will find a legendary sword and shield and the iconic Chocobo mount.
