Disney Releases Three Classic Games onto Steam

EDIT: A day after this article was published, the official Steam Twitter account posted this tweet. Disney is yet to promote any of the three games.

Original Story

Did you grow up in the 90s? If so you may remember the video game adaptions of classic Disney movies that were released for consoles like the Sega Genesis and SNES.

Today three of these games have been given a Steam release although nobody has seemed to notice. Not one user review has been written so far and the games haven’t been listed under the new releases section on Steam.

The games in question are The Lion King, Aladdin, and The Jungle Book. Each game is priced at just under $10, however, you can pick them up with a 33% discount.

It is not known why the games have had such a quiet release but we can only speculate that they will be revealed at a later date. The Lion King, The Jungle Book, and Aladdin are available on Windows, Mac, Steam OS, and Linux.
