Known as Soul Blade in some territories, Soul Edge was a weapons based 3D fighting game developed by Namco. Originally released in the arcades in late 1995, the game was ported to Playstation a year later where it became a massive hit. The series changed its name to Soulcalibur with the 1999 Dreamcast release, and the last main game in the series was Soul Calibur V released in 2012 for PS3 and Xbox 360.
